La ansiedad es un mecanismo natural del cuerpo humano que nos permite ponernos alerta ante sucesos comprometidos. Una ansiedad moderada y controlada nos permite estar en alerta  y tomar precauciones en situaciones peligrosas. El problema viene cuando el sistema de respuesta a la ansiedad no actúa de forma correcta, o cuando se presenta en situaciones que no son de peligro. Cuando la ansiedad actúa de forma descontrolada, se trata de un transtorno.

Las personas que sufren de ansiedad, pasan mejores y peores épocas, en función de factores. Por ejemplo, está demostrado que durante el verano aumentan los casos de ansiedad y depresión. Las altas temperaturas hacen que nuestro cuerpo consuma mucha energía para poder mantener la temperatura interna, este efecto se amplifica si además en sus reproductores musicales suena música de:
